HOLD POLICY

All memberships can have a maximum hold of 60 Days per 12 Month Membership. By going on hold, your membership will be extended by the amount of time on hold.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Early cancellation results in a payment of half the remaining months of your initial contract that you signed at the start of your membership. Once appropriate verification is received, we will cancel the contract with the next monthly payment, provided we have received at least 15 days to process the change.
